Illona is a free spirit with a passion for the natural flow of life. Her vocation is to spread love, joy and happiness, with people through retreats, classes and coachings. Her goal is to embody unconditional love and radiate this energy towards other individuals.As a yoga teacher, she accompanies people through their personal journeys and teaches them to channel both physical and mental strength. While doing so, she encourages pupils to explore their own self through the practice. It is always a mirror. Illona has been a certified teacher since October 2016 and has been teaching yoga since December 2016, but additionally has qualifications in Positive Psychology and Nutrition, allowing a fuller spectrum of learning tools toward self-empowerment in all scopes of life.

Used to practice sports and arts, since his teenage age, Neo likes drawing, painting, dancing, playing music. He followed a training to became a karate teacher. He grows up in France where he  finally created his own IT company. He worked 20 years in the standard jobs but never find his salvation in it.

On his first travel in India he discovered Yoga and meditation. Neo immediately founds a new way of life into this path and little by little gone deeply on the practice. Yoga became a passion and transformed him from inside.He took a teacher training course into the French school of yoga and continued to travel in India to follow several trainings in Ashtanga, Vinyasa, Kundalini meditation, Vinyasa flow, acroyoga, yoga partner and healing techniques as energetic massages and Reiki. He provides classes and workshops with his own style inspired by all his influences and named it NeoYoga.

AcroYoga is for Every Body
You not need to be a master gymnast, circus acrobat, or seasoned yogi to enjoy. Can’t do a handstand, or even touch your toes? No big deal. Technique is more important than strength. You’ll quickly learn that muscles tire while bones don’t.
 Everyone in class goes through the same experience. As you learn to support others, you end up allowing yourself to be supported. 
This is a fundamental of trust: take control by letting go.
In addition to honing the skill of sharing a physical practice, AcroYoga helps to develop open, direct, and compassionate verbal communication with whomever we’re paired with.
A typical workshop of acroyoga is composed by:

A warm up : to connect to our inner self and to other participants by little exercises and games,

A Solar session
Using postures inspired by Yoga, you will learn to support your partners making them flying
Works on strength, flexibility and balance
Requires connection, listening and communication between partners
Develops presence, concentration, trust, harmony

A Lunar session : Using postures inspired by Thai massage, you give and receive massage to the body which is stretched and relaxed in the air allowing the mind to rest.
Works on balance, detachment,
Requires surrender, trust
Develops healing, trust, compassion, harmony.

In YIN Yoga we experience deep stretches of the connective tissue - known as the fascia. Your ligaments and joints will get benefits from the opening you creat in your fasica. Which is not a common practice to get into the joints and deep down to your ligaments. Yin yoga is sutable for almost all level of practitioners and this practic is a perfect complement to the dynamic and musuclar yang styles of movements. Through this class we will work with the indian traditional philosophy as well as incorporating the traditional Chinese medecin system of belief by working on meridiens and mindfulness. Recognising that I am not the voice in the HEAD, whatever my mind is projecting is doesn't have to be my reality. This practice gives us direct tools for detachement. Yin yoga can be quite challenging due to the long duration of pose but you'll collect the fruit of your effort through deeper mobility and connection to the body.

Patricia became a yoga teacher in May 2017 at the age of 50 from the School of Sacred Art in Bali. Since then, she facilitate weekly sessions in different studios in Mauritius. Fully passionate, she continued her education in Yin and Therapeutic yoga in Bali and attended several courses in Europe. Very intuitive and constantly on the move, Patricia surprises her students with personalized attentions. She has now create her own studio in Mauritius and welcome you in her peaceful home by the beach. She teaches in English and French.

I am a healing yoga teacher who strives to bring yoga into everyday life by doing, evolving and truly living it, allowing joy and peace to flourish within and spread to others.

I studied Hatha yoga in Ubud, Bali and obtained my 200 RTY in 2018. I then decided to specialise in SUP yoga in Bali, and continued my studies further in New York City by completing a yoga course for cancer patients and survivors. I also followed a yoga plant-based retreat training in Nicaragua where I taught both yoga and SUP yoga and did crystal healing sessions at a wellness centre

Daniel Lai Fang will share with your the practice of Qi Gong which is a form of gentle exercise composed of movements that are repeated a number of times, often stretching the body, increasing fluid movement (blood, synovial and lymph) and building awareness of how the body moves through space. When you practice and learn a qigong exercise movement there are both external movements and internal movements. These internal movements, or flows, in China are called neigong, or ‘internal power’. These internal neigong movements make qigong a superior health and wellness practice.

Kamalroop Singh Nihang is a student of the Buddha Dal – The historically original and central Khalsa organisation.He decided to move to India, the country his family comes from. "There I experienced a very strong motivation, like a force that came from within," he says. Since then, more than 20 years later, he walks the world teaching yoga and training future teachers. He has spent considerable amount of time with the Buddha Dal Nihang Singhs in India learning about the traditions passed down from the Tenth Guru. This led to him completing a PhD at The University of Birmingham, England, in the Sri Dasam Granth Sahib. The Sri Dasam Granth Sahib is the scripture of the Lord of Radiance, Guru Gobind Singh.
