meditation

In the midst of stress, speed and immediacy, there are those who choose to stop, breathe deeply and relax. Yoga teacher Kamalroop Singh belongs to that side, to those who practice peace, physical and psychic. This Englishman with roots in India, began to practice yoga with 15 years and, without looking for it, found his vocation. Kamalroop Singh travels to "try to convey that yoga cannot modify the past but can determine the future." Change the way of facing reality so that "every moment is new by truly waking life."

cocoa ceremonial

Cocoa ceremonies have been practiced by native tribes of Central America for millennia, the Mayan spiritual elders considering cocoa as the food of the gods.

The Cocoa Spirit was one of the most powerful deities of the ancient Mayan cosmogony. Other civilizations such as the Aztecs of southern Mexico and Guatemala and contemporary indigenous cultures in Central and South America continue to use cocoa in shamanic ceremonies, preferring it to psychedelic plants available locally.

Cocoa is not a psychedelic - it does not drag you on your journey, but makes your personal journey easier.

Cocoa is now considered a superfood, and many contemporary indigenous peoples continue to use it to foster a collective lucid dream where everyone travels together to another dimension.

Cocoa offers you the opportunity to connect deep within you and open your heart.

Thanks to the ability of cocoa to facilitate your connection to your inner self and the energy center of your heart, it facilitates the changes you want, to deepen your understanding of who you are, to get out of your world. old patterns, freeing you from trauma and access to a space of higher consciousness, trust and assurance.

In order to allow cocoa to help you align with your inner truth, you will make an intention that matches and complements your unique journey. After all, the world is just a reflective mirror of what you live inside. How is a Sacred Cacao Ceremony held?

We begin sitting in a sacred circle, honoring the spirit of Cocoa and humbly asking that our intentions be heard.

We serve the cocoa in liquid form and drink it together, after impregnating each cup with a deep, loving intention. Then I invite you to continue this inner journey with a guided meditation exploring the chakras and connecting exercises.
